A. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
B. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
C. Food Safety Policy: We do not accept returns, even if unopened, due to food safety concerns.
However, we encourage customers to donate unopened and unused food items to a local shelter
a. If you provide a donation receipt, we will be happy to ship out a similar product as a courtesy

2. Refunds
A. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Email: hello@melicopawtry.co with:

b. A description of the issue;
c. Photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
B. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, as appropriate.
